“ OK. I came here before and did my typical first chorizo and egg on flour and the tortillas weren't very good. When I posted that, the owner said they were store bought, do I should try the home made corn. I don't normally do that for breakfast tacos, but you gotta try it if the owner asks! The corn tortillas are really good. Thicker than usual, so they didn't break down. Light. Fluffy. Quite good. By the way, the salsa packs a punch. Beware. That said, there's a reason I don't love corn for breakfast tacos. For me, it's just too dry. But now I know what I'm coming back for...their pastor on corn! ”
